Peruvian Foodie Club


Not only did Josh live in Thailand at one point but he also lived in Peru. Last time that Josh hosted Foodie Club we had the most amazing spread of Thai food. This time he wowed us with a Peruvian meal. Leah made a Sea Bass ceviche and Josh made Aji de Gallina. I made jalapeno, strawberry, lemon verbena ice cream and for the cocktail, Depal made a rum, pineapple deliciousness with blueberry ice cubes. (The pineapple was seared with cinnamon and nutmeg). After dinner we played a hilarious card game. Fun was had by all!
