So many 'maters I just don't know what to do! Caprese salad and salsa making party time! I was looking around online the other night and read that you can and should pick your tomatoes as soon as they get any color on them and they will ripen on your windowsill. This reduces their chance of bug attack or splitting. So from now on I'll be doing this. You can probably tell which ones I waited too long to pick. For some reason a lot them have strange bulbous undersides. They are still just as tasty. YUMMM!!!
